Payment Process
Payment for your order must be made in full at the time of checkout. We do not offer any payment plans or financing options. Once payment is received, we will process your order within one business day and ship it to your preferred delivery address.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in 4699 LENOIR AVE S, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32216 to all US states. Shipping is free of charge and takes 2 to 3 business days. We also have an overnight shipping (24 hrs) option which costs an extra $30 USD. This option is best suited for clients who can’t wait 3 days. Our shipping partners are reliable and deliver your order within the promised timeframe. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
Order Processing Time
We process orders within one business day of receiving payment. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to your preferred delivery address. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you by email or phone.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes customers may need to return their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your K2 printing paper, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging.

There are no additional costs associated with returns, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method.
